My Story
​KazziJai Health: A Christian Perspective
​Karen Beauchamp | RN, CDE, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner
​Bridging Clinical Expertise with Divine Design.
​As a Registered Nurse, Diabetes Educator, and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, I spent years working within the traditional healthcare system. However, my true understanding of health changed forever when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It was through the intersection of clinical science and the timeless health principles found in Scripture that I was able to put my MS into complete remission.

At KazziJai Health, we don’t just manage symptoms; we look for the root cause of "dis-ease." My background as a Health and Wellness Coach allows me to take the complexity of medical science and translate it into a simple, restorative lifestyle. I believe that our bodies are a gift—a divine temple—and that true recovery happens when we align our physical habits with the laws of life that the Creator intended for us.

A Christian approach to health is about more than just what we eat; it is about stewardship and wholeness. When we clear the physical "fog" caused by modern lifestyle choices, we sharpen our mental clarity and our spiritual connection. My mission is to show you that whether you are battling a chronic condition, managing diabetes, or simply seeking vitality, your body has an incredible, God-given capacity for restoration when provided with the right environment.

Healing is a journey of body, mind, and spirit. Using my clinical experience and my personal journey from illness to vibrant health, I partner with you to create a lifestyle that honors your body's design. While every individual's journey is different, my goal is to empower you to become the healthiest version of yourself possible, honoring your unique frame and your God-given purpose.

For me answering those questions when they were suggested by my coach Karen made all the difference, as the saying goes, “It was a no brainer”. It was clear! My purpose was to take control of my own health management and to enjoy my working life and my family life again.
For me that is all I needed to power through this 12-week program and achieve some amazing results. My blood pressure has dropped, my fasting blood glucose levels have dropped from 9 to 6, my cholesterol has dropped, my anxiety has decreased, my vitamin D levels have increased, and I have lost 5kg of weight.
I’m finally in control of my health and I feel great!

8 Principles of Health
True and lasting health is not built on diets, trends, or quick fixes. Diets fail because they focus on restriction rather than restoration. Health reform is a lifestyle, grounded in proven principles that align with how the body was designed to function.
The Wheel of Health Reform is built on the Eight Principles of Health—a complete, balanced framework supported by Scripture and sound health science. These principles recognise that optimal health looks different for every person. Healing is not one-size-fits-all; it unfolds uniquely according to individual
needs and circumstances.
Each principle represents an essential area of life. When one is neglected, imbalance occurs; when all eight are applied correctly, they work together to support your optimal health. Health reform is not something you complete—it is a way of living that restores balance, supports healing, and leads to a truly vibrant life.


My Journey to Wellness
I wrote my wellness journey as a book because healing is rarely just physical. When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I quickly learned that true recovery demands far more than symptom management—it requires addressing the mind, the body, and the spiritual foundations that sustain us.
This book is not theory or borrowed advice; it is the lived account of what I walked through, what failed, what transformed me, and what ultimately brought lasting change. I wanted to document the principles that restored my health so others facing chronic illness, exhaustion, or lifestyle-related disease would know there is hope—and a practical path forward.
My journey taught me that wellness is not about perfection, quick fixes, or trends. It is about alignment: with the body’s design, with disciplined habits, and with a Christ-centred life that anchors the whole process. Writing this book was my way of turning pain into purpose, so that what once broke me could now help restore others.
