As a Health & Wellness Coach I take a holistic approach to helping individuals like you, who are diagnosed with a Chronic Disease, make important lifestyle changes to improve your physical and emotional health & wellbeing.
Instead of treating symptoms, I focus on disease prevention, total body health, and getting to the root cause of your presenting illness. I use evidence-based skilful conversation, clinical interventions, education, and strategies to actively and safely engage you in healthy behaviour change that promotes your health and compliments your lifestyle.
The coaching program is designed to empower you to take control of your health by teaching you the skills that promote health and prevent disease. It will change your unhealthy lifestyle habits resulting in you being an advocate for your own health and well-being.
