These Terms and Conditions apply to the Restored by Design 12-Week Health Coaching Program, provided by KazziJai Health.

By enrolling in Restored by Design, making payment, accessing the private Restored by Design Skool community, or participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or unused access. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain protected.

1. Agreement

This Agreement governs your enrolment in and participation in the Restored by Design 12-Week Health Coaching Program, your access to the private Restored by Design Skool community, and your use of the KazziJai Health website.

KazziJai Health may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated terms will be published on the website. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your enrolment will apply to your 12-week program unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

(a) Our Content

All content provided through the KazziJai Health website and Restored by Design program, including content within the private Skool community, is the property of KazziJai Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

(b) User-Supplied Content

You retain ownership of content you post or submit within the Restored by Design community. By posting content, you permit KazziJai Health to display and use that content as reasonably necessary for the operation of the program and community. Your personal stories, photographs, testimonials or health information will not be used for promotional purposes without your permission.

(c) Personal Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use Restored by Design materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not duplicate, resell, distribute or misuse any program materials or services.

(d) Other Uses

Any other use of KazziJai Health or Restored by Design content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimers

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” KazziJai Health makes reasonable efforts to provide helpful, accurate and current educational information but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, Skool community or online resources.

(a) Health Disclaimer

Restored by Design provides personalised health and wellness coaching, lifestyle education, guidance, support and accountability, incorporating evidence-based lifestyle medicine and the eight health principles: sunshine, water, air, rest, exercise, diet, temperance and trust.

Health coaching works alongside your medical care. It does not replace your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or replace medical treatment.

You should continue to seek appropriate medical care and consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to medication or medical treatment, and where appropriate before making significant changes to diet, supplements, fasting, exercise or other lifestyle practices, particularly if you:

  • have a medical condition;

  • are taking prescription medication;

  • are following a therapeutic diet;

  • are pregnant, elderly, underweight or medically vulnerable; or

  • have complex or unstable health needs.

The information and coaching provided through Restored by Design are intended to support you in making informed lifestyle choices. No healing, cure, disease reversal, recovery, prevention or specific health outcome is promised or guaranteed.

(b) Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. By enrolling in Restored by Design, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own health decisions, actions and outcomes.

No guarantees are made regarding health results, symptom improvement, disease outcomes, weight loss, lifestyle change or any other specific result from participating in the program.

4. User-Generated Content and Community Areas

Participation in the Restored by Design Skool community and other interactive areas is at your own discretion. KazziJai Health does not monitor all user content and does not necessarily endorse opinions or information shared by members.

KazziJai Health reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation where necessary, including for disruptive, unlawful, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

The community must not be used to solicit money, donations, loans, gifts, financial assistance, business opportunities, or other financial support from members. Members must not privately contact other members for these purposes.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, misleading, promotional, infringes the rights or privacy of others, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Restored by Design community. The community must not be used to solicit money, donations, loans, gifts, financial assistance, business opportunities, or other financial support from members, either publicly or through private messages.

5. Liability and Availability of Services

KazziJai Health provides Restored by Design services, resources and online materials on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

KazziJai Health is not responsible for:

  • Technical interruptions, outages or data loss

  • Internet, software or device incompatibility

  • Interruptions or availability issues affecting third-party platforms, including Skool

  • Damage resulting from misuse of the website, program materials or online services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KazziJai Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, Restored by Design program, resources or Skool community.

6. Legal Compliance and Age Requirement

The KazziJai Health website and Restored by Design program are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By using the website or participating in Restored by Design, you agree to:

  • Use the website, program and community lawfully and responsibly

  • Comply with applicable laws

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the KazziJai Health website or within the Restored by Design community please notify us with:

  1. Your name and contact details

  2. A description of the copyrighted work

  3. The location of the material on our site

  4. A statement of good-faith belief the use is unauthorised

  5. A statement confirming the accuracy of your claim

We will investigate promptly and remove or restrict access where appropriate.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Data scraping, harvesting or automated access to KazziJai Health or Restored by Design content is prohibited.

  • Restored by Design includes one private 1:1 coaching session each week for 12 weeks.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Your session can then be rescheduled to another mutually suitable time.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited, except in cases of illness, emergency or other exceptional circumstances.

  • If KazziJai Health needs to cancel a coaching session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually suitable time.

  • Restored by Design is a fixed 12-week program and does not automatically renew.

  • After completing the 12-week program, clients may choose to continue with monthly maintenance coaching at a discounted rate.

  • Maintenance coaching is optional and may be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, no further monthly payments will be taken.

  • Maintenance coaching fees and arrangements will be advised before commencement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

KazziJai Health and Restored by Design operate from New South Wales, Australia. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia.

By enrolling in or participating in Restored by Design, you agree that any dispute, claim or legal matter arising from the program, coaching services, resources or community will be handled under Australian law and within the jurisdiction of the appropriate Australian courts, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Conditions of Entry

As a condition of joining Restored by Design, you must confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

You must also acknowledge that:

  • Restored by Design provides health and lifestyle education, coaching and support, does not replace medical care, and does not guarantee results.

  • KazziJai Health and Restored by Design operate from New South Wales, Australia, and you accept the Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions outlined above.

By enrolling in Restored by Design and accessing the private Skool community, you agree to all of the above.
