This is a subscription-based membership. Payments are processed automatically and will renew on the billing schedule selected at the time of purchase unless cancelled.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, partial billing periods, or failure to cancel before renewal. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain protected.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • No further payments will be taken

  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle

  • No refunds will be issued for previous payments

If you rejoin the Membership at a later date, you will be charged the current membership rate, regardless of any prior discounts or promotions.

1. Agreement

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the KazziJai's Holistic Health Hub and website. KazziJai Health reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

No guarantees are made regarding health results, symptom improvement, disease outcomes, lifestyle changes, personal transformation, or any specific result from using the Hub, courses, resources, live sessions, or community support.

4. User-Generated Content and Community Areas

Participation in forums or interactive areas is at your own risk. KazziJai's Holistic Health Hub does not monitor all user content and does not endorse opinions expressed by members.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation at our discretion, including for disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, misleading, promotional, or infringing on others’ rights.
