About Karen

Karen didn’t just study health — she lived it. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she faced the reality of chronic illness head-on. Through a combination of Scripture-based health principles, lifestyle medicine, and unwavering faith, she reclaimed her health and discovered her true purpose: helping others build stronger health foundations.

She is a Registered Nurse, Diabetes Educator, and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner who combines Health & Wellness Coaching with evidence-based lifestyle strategies. She empowers clients to take control of their health through practical, personalised guidance that encourages sustainable lifestyle change and stronger health foundations.

Her approach is client-centred, accessible, and practical, guiding clients to better understand their habits, set achievable goals, and consider sustainable strategies that support health, vitality, and long-term wellbeing.

With a strong foundation of qualifications, expertise, and lived experience, Karen brings compassion, knowledge, and commitment to every client, helping make the journey toward better health feel more supported, practical, and achievable — regardless of age, background, or circumstance.

"My mission is simple: to equip you with the tools, guidance, and inspiration you need to live a vibrant, healthy life — physically, mentally, and spiritually."
