About Karen
Karen didn’t just study health — she lived it. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she faced the reality of chronic illness head-on. Through a combination of Scripture-based health principles, lifestyle medicine, and unwavering faith, she reclaimed her health and discovered her true purpose: helping others do the same.
As is a Registered Nurse, Diabetes Educator, and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner who combines Health & Wellness Coaching with evidence-based lifestyle strategies. She empowers clients to take control of their health through practical, personalised plans that address the root causes of lifestyle-related chronic conditions.

Her approach is client-centered, accessible, and results-focused, guiding clients to understand their habits, set achievable goals, and adopt sustainable strategies for healing, vitality, and long-term wellness.
